Martin Leads Rensselaer Central Varsity Bombers Past North Newton

Braedy Martin collected four hits in four at bats, as Rensselaer Central Varsity Bombers defeated North Newton 11-1 on Monday. Martin singled in the fifth inning, doubled in the fourth inning, singled in the second inning, and singled in the fourth inning. Jackson Jones singled down the left field line, which helped Rensselaer Central Varsity Bombers tie the game at one in the top of the third. Jackson Jones went 3-for-4 at the plate and led the team with three runs batted in. Dyson Henderson stole two bases. Rensselaer Central Varsity Bombers ran wild on the base paths, tallying four stolen bases for the game. Rensselaer Central Varsity Bombers turned one double play in the game.
